How does it work?
If you represent a business that is the subject of a complaint, and wish to post a reply this form helps you locate the complaint.
Once you find the complaint:
- Post a reply in the comment box
- Check "I claim to represent the business that is the subject of this complaint."
- Your reply will go live as a 'Comment'.
- Complain.com will review the response to verify you as a business representative.
- Upon approval, your reply will change from a "Comment" to a "Business Reply."
