Facebook Advertising help staff are the worst, worse than PayPal (and that's bad!).

They answered our first question fairly quickly, but not completely or correctly, as if just pasting a stock reply. When we wrote again, they followed up more slowly, but this time THE ANSWER BORE NO RESEMBLANCE TO OUR QUESTION AT ALL.

We had to write back again, as our question was still unanswered. Never ever got another response. Wrote again the next day (all of this is from their online form). Now have sent in three different questions, all polite (we are paying advertisers on Facebook) and they simply refuse to ever answer. It has been many days, clearly they are deliberately ignoring our help requests.

We cancelled our advertising campaign with Facebook now.

Upshot: Don't advertise on Facebook, whatever you do. It is a waste of money anyway, your ad will never get any clicks. It is a total rip off and their help staff, as explained above, are totally negligent, incompetent, and worthless.

Or, if you like wasting your money and becoming absolutely furious with no recourse, go right ahead.
