allow the other customer to using my account without my permission

I set up my account with KVB New Zealand 6 years ago, never use my account to do forex trade before,but I just know few days ago that KVB allow another customer using my account to trade,to receive money and transfer money away from my account even the money is not belongs to me!!! it is crazy things as a professional finiance and investment company as they said on their website ------ (KVB Kunlun is an international financial services corporation with operations in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Hong Kong and Beijing.
