Matrix charcoal canister need to replace at 50000 km?

Mad ! My 05 Matrix engine light went on at 50700 km, I always have my car on time service at Toyota dealer , dealer reset the light code , they told me it will come backs, unless i pay $530 more to replace charcoal canister, i have 06 Sienna too, it's too bad that you own 2 Toyota ,been proud to have 2 Toyota ,this morning had phone to Toyota canada they said " no body want pay for repair , that why we design the warranty'',this make me feel in trap , i found out lot people got same problem. I think this should be one of Toyota recall problem.

Now I have to pray my 06 Sienna don't come with same problem.
People who will to buy Toyota ,be careful!
