Internet Scam !

Recent email requesting full refund for unsatisfactory service.............sent to Accelerated Coaching / Resolutions Manager Wes Grover.

This Company is a "Scam" Company. "F" Rating from Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, numerous complaints posted on the Internet. They have scammed, cheated, and stolen money from many of their clients !!!!!!!!!

I paid them $20,880 total for services that they have not even come close to providing !!!!!!!!!! I will not rest until these "Thieves / Scam Artists" refund what I paid them !

I paid a substantial amount of money in "GOOD FAITH" for services marketed by Vianet Webzone / Ivy Capital / ICI Coaching / ICI Success / Business Development. I am sorry that your company does not want to resolve this matter to my satisfaction without having to go to court. It will certainly cost your Company much more than the complete refund that I am now requesting.

The "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada in addition to complaints posted on the Internet clearly substantiates my dissatisfaction with the experience to date that I have had with Vianet Webzone / ICI Success / ICI Coaching / Fortune Learning Systems / Business Development.

By your own admission, your Company has been plagued with numerous internal issues and problems that have directly affected the quality of the product that has been / is being sold to the Public. As a paying customer, I am not responsible for these shortcomings nor should I be penalized by them as I have been. I will make sure that the internet community is aware of the issues that I have had / am having with your Web Business program.

I hope that your Company will be a responsible Corporate Citizen by reconsidering a full refund of my entire payment.
