 Post a Complaint

Step 1: Click File a Complaint and Enter a Complaint by completing the form. Note, you will need to be signed in so may be promoted to do so.
Step 2: Review your Complaint .
Step 3: Post the Complaint . You may then respond to a complaint, whether as general consumers, or as the company you are complaining about
 
 
 Respond to a Complaint

Step 1:   
Search a Complaint either by going to Search Complaint or selecting one from the Home page.
Step 2: Go to 'Post a Comment' just below the posted complaint and Enter a Comment and Title. If you represent the company, you must first check 'I claim to represent the business that is the subject of this complaint' . Note, you need to be Signed In.
Step 3: Post the Comment .
